Create a report card even if the grades are not all in.

The evaluator or co-op wants a report Friday and the grades are not all in. You can still create a report card, print it, and finish grading later. That is reporting without a late-night panic over a binder.

Can I print a report if I am not done grading?

Yes. Override the numbers on the Report Card Wizard and print. The override does not save over your school, so you can keep grading at your pace. Use it for a semester report when record keeping has to go out the door before every score is entered.

Where do last year’s cards live?

In the student’s Documents — historic report cards and transcripts you have already created. You do not have to file and find last year’s stack when someone asks again.
